Cancellation Policy

I will charge a 50% CANCELATION FEE for any cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. NO-SHOWS appointments will be 30 minutes late to scheduled time. NO SHOW FEE is 100% of service. I will also charge a LATE FEE after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment. The LATE FEE will be 15% of service. Only exceptions are notifying me that you won't be able to make it ahead of time or that an emergency has come up or traffic is causing you to be late. After services are performed, NO REFUNDS will be made. Only in certain circumstances will I allow a refund.
